Delivery & returns

5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. The cost and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may depend on the delivery region.

5.3. Once the order is handed to the delivery service, the Buyer may be provided with a tracking number.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. A return is possible provided the following are preserved:

• the marketable appearance;
• the original packaging;
• all tags and labels;
• the absence of any signs of use.

6.3. The cost of shipping goods for a return or exchange of goods of proper quality is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.4. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment, after the returned goods have been inspected.
