Public offer

1.1. This document is a public offer of the Individual Entrepreneur IE MUKHAMBET (trading as QULTURE) and contains all the essential terms of a distance retail purchase agreement for goods.

1.2. By placing and paying for an order on the official QULTURE website, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this Offer and accept them in full without any reservations.

1.3. This Offer applies to all goods presented on the official QULTURE website, unless stated otherwise.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to hand over the selected goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them in the manner and on the terms set out in this Offer.

2.2. Orders are placed exclusively through the official QULTURE website.

2.3. Information about a product — including photographs, description, specifications, sizes, composition, price and available options — is published on the site and forms part of this Offer.

3.1. QULTURE uses its own sizing system for its garments.

3.2. Before placing an order, the Buyer must review the size chart and the actual garment measurements published on the site.

3.3. If in doubt about size, the Buyer may use the recommendations of QULTURE's AI consultant or contact support before placing an order.

3.4. The presence of «L», «XL» or other technical markings on the internal label of a garment is a feature of the production process and is not considered a manufacturing defect, provided the garment's actual parameters match the published size chart.

4.1. The Buyer places the order independently through the official QULTURE website.

4.2. After placing an order, the Buyer is redirected to a secure payment page.

4.3. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the site (bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available at the time of ordering).

4.4. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment payment is successfully confirmed.

4.5. After payment is confirmed, an electronic receipt is sent to the Buyer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. The cost and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may depend on the delivery region.

5.3. Once the order is handed to the delivery service, the Buyer may be provided with a tracking number.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. A return is possible provided the following are preserved:

• the marketable appearance;
• the original packaging;
• all tags and labels;
• the absence of any signs of use.

6.3. The cost of shipping goods for a return or exchange of goods of proper quality is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.4. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment, after the returned goods have been inspected.

7.1. The Seller is not liable for the inability to use the goods due to a size incorrectly chosen by the Buyer, provided the site displayed an up-to-date size chart and all necessary garment parameters.

7.2. The colour of the goods may differ slightly from the image on the Buyer's device screen depending on its display characteristics and the shooting conditions.

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of order placement, payment, delivery and the fulfilment of the Seller's obligations.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

9.1. In all matters not settled by this Offer, the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.2. The Seller may change the terms of this Offer without prior notice. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the site.
